No refunds will be given for cancellations. However, you are invited to send a replacement provided you notify us at info@uofconference.com of the name substitution. Refunds will not be provided for any registrants who fail to attend the conference or a portion of the conference. It is the sole responsibility of the delegate to cancel all travel or accommodation reservations made by the purchaser.
